1. Who we are

This website is operated by RED SEA MARKETING & E-BOOKING MANAGEMENT LTD, trading as Hurghada Day Trips, a company registered in England & Wales (company number 17474816), registered office 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom ("we", "us").

2. Our role

We market and take bookings for excursions and travel services in Egypt. Services are delivered by independent local operators and suppliers. Your booking confirmation names the service and any supplier conditions that apply.

3. Bookings and prices

Prices shown on the website are indicative 'from' prices. A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation with the final price, date and pickup details.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated in your confirmation. Some services require a deposit.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellations are governed by our cancellation policy. Itineraries may change for safety, weather, traffic or site opening times; we will always aim to provide an equivalent alternative.

6. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for holding valid travel documents, arriving on time at pickup, following guides' safety instructions and disclosing any medical condition relevant to an activity. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, our liability is limited to the price paid for the affected service.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
