Cancellation Policy

Day trips

Most day trips (sea trips, safaris, city and family activities, shared Luxor and Cairo coach trips) can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, may be charged in full.

Trips with flights, hotels or cruises

Trips that include domestic flights, hotel nights or a Nile cruise are subject to the suppliers' conditions. These are shown in your booking confirmation before you pay a deposit.

Weather and safety cancellations

If the port authority closes the harbour, a balloon flight is cancelled by the authorities, or a trip cannot run safely, we will offer another date or a full refund of the affected service.

Contact us using the details on the contact page and include your name, trip and date. We confirm every cancellation in writing.
